For those looking for support before, during, and after birth.
As your doula, I provide

One 30 minute complementary consultation
-
1-3 prenatal visits customized to your needs and experiences. During these visits we may:
-review your birthing options and formulate a birth plan
-practice techniques such as birth hypnosis and deep relaxation
-rehearse comfort measures and coping techniques such as breathing, movement, and massage
-
Access to my lending library
-
On-call availability from 38 weeks until your birthing day
-
Continuous support on your birthing day, including:
-emotional support and encouragement appropriate to the moment
-physical support such as counter pressure, acupressure, endorphin massage
-protection of the birth space: taking care of atmosphere and guarding consent
-
1-2 postpartum check-ins in the first six weeks. During these visits I may help with:
-processing your birth experience
-breastfeeding and emotional support
-help with light housework
Prenatal and postpartum visits usually take place in your home and generally last an hour to 90 minutes.
A 50% non-refundable retainer fee must be payed upon hiring. All fees must be payed in full by 36 weeks. I am able to receive payment by PayPal, Venmo, cash or check.
